Your shop sells to the public and to trade. Same products, two prices. On WooCommerce, prices by customer role come from marketplace extensions such as Role Based Pricing for WooCommerce, a paid extension from a third-party seller, as of October 2026. One more plugin to buy, update and keep compatible.
In WP EasyCart it is a screen you already have. Make a role called Wholesale, give it prices, put approved customers in it. When they sign in, the store shows their price, with the regular price crossed out. No coupon code. No discount line at checkout.
Role. Price. Done.
The Role prices card fills three ways: add products one at a time, press Apply % off… to take a percentage off the regular price, or price Every active product… in one go. Move customers into the role one by one, in bulk from the User Accounts list, or from a spreadsheet import. Trade buyers who should not pay tax get Exclude from tax on their record.
