New: Zapier. Connect Your Store to the Apps You Already Use.

A new order comes in. You copy it into a spreadsheet, paste the customer into your CRM and post a note to the team chat. Every order. By hand.

The new Zapier extension does that copying for you. Your store starts Zaps, and Zaps reach the thousands of apps on Zapier. Eleven things in your store can start one:

• Orders: New Order, Order Paid, Order Status Changed, Order Shipped and Order Refunded.
• Customers: New Customer and New Newsletter Subscriber.
• Subscriptions: New Subscription, Subscription Plan Changed and Subscription Canceled.
• Abandoned Cart, with a link that brings the cart back.

Trigger. Act. Done.

It works the other way too. Five actions let a Zap change your store: Update Order Status, Add Shipment Tracking, Create or Update Customer, Add Newsletter Subscriber and Update Product Stock. Your warehouse sheet sends tracking back, and the customer gets your shipped email.

Your checkout never waits on Zapier: the store sends after the page has gone to the shopper, and retries for a day if Zapier is down. Card numbers and passwords never leave. The Zaps section shows each trigger, its last delivery and a Send a test button.

Early access: WP EasyCart is not in Zapier’s app directory yet. Press Accept the Zapier invite in Get started, create a connection key, and make your first Zap.

Where: WP Admin › EasyCart › Extensions › Zapier. Plan: Premium, with WP EasyCart PRO on the site, in WP EasyCart 6.0 and later. See the Zapier extension.
