Plenty of gift card buyers want something to hand over, not an email to forward. The old printout did not help: a big product photo, a small code, a page nobody wanted to fold into a card.
In WP EasyCart 6.0 and later the printable gift card is redesigned. The amount and the code stand out, the product image no longer fills the page, and it prints cleanly. No more trimming a photo off the page.
Buy. Print. Give.
The buyer types the Recipient’s Name, Recipient’s Email, Sender’s Name and a message. The recipient gets a Gift Card Delivery email with the code. And once the order is approved, the buyer’s receipt and their My Account link to the printable card, so it can go straight into a birthday card.
Spending it is just as easy. The recipient types the code in the gift card box at checkout, the order takes what it needs, and the rest stays on the card. You see every balance and every redemption under Marketing › Gift Cards, and Resend Gift Card Email on the order fixes a mistyped inbox.
Where: WP Admin › EasyCart › Products (product type Gift card) and Marketing › Gift Cards. Plan: PRO or Premium. See every product type.
