Charge the same to ship across town and across the ocean, and one of those orders is losing you money.
Shipping zones in the free WP EasyCart plugin fix it. A zone is a group of countries and regions: “Home”, “Neighbours”, “Europe”, “Rest of world”. Build them once and every rate table can charge by destination, without a row for every country.
Group it. Price it. Ship it.
Every rate row has a Zone list in its edit drawer: Any destination or one of your zones, with a Manage zones link right there. Offer Standard and Express at home, one International rate abroad, and each shopper only sees the options that fit their address. It works with flat rates, the cart total, weight and quantity tables, and with live carrier services in PRO.
Need a whole state or province priced differently? Zones take regions as well as countries. And if you simply do not ship somewhere, switch it off under Ship-to countries & regions: checkout refuses that address instead of quoting nothing.
A rate showing in one country but not another? Check the row’s zone. That is almost always the answer.
Where: WP Admin › EasyCart › Settings › Shipping › Shipping settings › Shipping zones, then pick a zone on each row in Shipping rates. Plan: Free. See every shipping feature.
