Is Your Store Email Healthy? One Card Tells You.

A customer orders. The receipt never arrives. You find out a week later, from a one-star review. Order emails that go missing are the most common problem we hear about from WordPress stores, and the worst part is that nothing tells you it is happening.

WP EasyCart 6.0 fixes the “nothing tells you” part. Open Settings › Email and the first thing you see is the Email health card. It reads your last seven days of receipts, shipping notices and account emails and shows a ring: the share your mail server accepted. 98% or more is green. Below 85% it turns red. Beside it: how many failed, how many sent, the time of the last successful send, and which route your mail leaves by.

The Last error line is the clever bit. It shows the words your mail server sent back, then explains them: a wrong SMTP password, a blocked port, a refused from address. After three failures in a row a red banner appears on every WP EasyCart screen with a button to fix email and a list of the orders affected. You can snooze it for a day, but you can no longer miss it.

Sent is not delivered. The card knows the difference.

Under the card sit the Delivery checks: your sender address, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, each with a ready-to-copy DNS record when something is missing. There is a Send a test button, an email log of every message, and a retry queue for the ones that bounced. Test sends never count against your score.
