You tick ten test orders, press Delete, and notice one of them was real. In most stores that is the moment you go looking for last night’s backup.
In WP EasyCart 6.0 or greater nothing is final straight away. Delete an order and an Undo bar appears above the list. Press it within 15 minutes and the order is back, with its items, exactly where it was. No support ticket, no database restore.
Orders. Products. Customers. Covered.
The same safety net runs across the admin. A deleted product gets the Undo bar too. Only selling it in winter? Deactivate it instead: the product keeps its data, its history and its address, and simply leaves the store until you switch it back on.
Deleting a customer is even more careful. WP EasyCart asks where their orders should go first: turn them into guest checkouts, or move them to another customer. Orders are never deleted with the account, and the Undo bar stays until you close it. Clearing out subscribers, one or a hundred? Fifteen minutes to change your mind there as well.
It is a small thing until the day you need it. Then it is the best feature in the plugin.
Where: WP Admin › EasyCart › Orders, Products, and the customer and subscriber lists under Users. Plan: Free, in WP EasyCart 6.0 or greater. Read the order management guide, and what happens to orders when you delete a customer.
