A customer emails at the school gate: “Has my order shipped?” Your laptop is at home. So the answer waits, and so does the customer.
Not any more. The WP EasyCart app is rebuilt from the ground up, with the 6.0 look, and it is now one app for both phones. Same screens on iPhone and Android. Free to download from the App Store and Google Play.
Open. Update. Done.
Tap your store and the latest orders load, newest first. A green dot marks any order nobody has opened yet, and the counts along the top show how many are unread and what they are worth. Pull down to check for new ones.
Open an order and work it like you would at your desk. Change the Status. Under Shipping & tracking, add the carrier and tracking number, press Update shipping and the customer gets the tracking by email. Fix an address, adjust a quantity, read the notes, tap to call or email the customer. Refunds stay in WordPress, where they belong.
Run more than one shop? Add every store, each with its own header colour, and each person signs in with their own admin account. It is the same order system you already use in WP Admin, now in your pocket.
Where: your phone › WP EasyCart app › Add a store. Plan: Premium on the store, with WP EasyCart PRO active on the site. Android 8.0 or later, iPhone iOS 16 or later. See the phone apps.
