Your receipts leave the server. Gmail drops them without a word. Not bounced, not even in spam, just gone. The cause is almost always three DNS records you have never heard of, and nothing in WordPress tells you they are missing.

WP EasyCart 6.0 or greater does. Open Settings › Email and under the Email health card sits the Delivery checks card. It reads the domain in your order from address and looks up SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Each row is green or red with a plain explanation: No SPF record, No DKIM signature found, missing DMARC. When something is missing, a ready-to-copy record is right there, built for the service you send through.

SPF is the list of servers allowed to send for your domain. DKIM is a signature that proves the mail was not changed on the way. DMARC tells inboxes what to do when the other two fail. WP EasyCart recognises Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Brevo, Postmark and more, and gives DNS help for each. Add the record at your DNS host, press Run again, and watch the row turn green.
