Your merchant account is with PayTrace. Your store plugin didn’t speak PayTrace. So you kept a second system, or a redirect, or you just didn’t sell online.

WP EasyCart PRO now includes PayTrace as a live card gateway. Shoppers stay on your checkout page. The card number, expiry and security code go into PayTrace’s secure Protect.js fields, so card numbers never reach your server. Your checkout just needs HTTPS. Charges are in US dollars.
Connect. Test. Refund.
Connecting takes two fields. Create an API user in the PayTrace Virtual Terminal under Integration › API Users, then paste its API username and API password into the PayTrace drawer. Use a PayTrace sandbox account first: switch on sandbox mode and no real card is charged. When the test order looks right, switch it off. The Payment overview names any gateway still in test mode, so you can’t forget.
After the sale, refunds and voids run from the order screen. A charge that has not settled yet is voided instead of refunded when you refund it in full. No second login to the Virtual Terminal for everyday work.
And PayTrace is one gateway among 45. Your payments sit in the same plugin as your shipping rates, tax, offers, documents and subscriptions. One store, one place to look.
Where: WP Admin › EasyCart › Settings › Payments & Taxes › Payment. Plan: PRO or Premium, in WP EasyCart 6.0 and later. Read the payments setup guide for slots, test mode and the full gateway list.
