The ShipStation extension, rebuilt for WP EasyCart 6.0, does the copying for you. Your store connects as a Custom Store: paid orders land in ShipStation’s Awaiting Shipment on their own, and every shipment comes back to the order with its carrier and tracking number. No API key, nothing that expires. Downloads, gift cards and local pickup orders stay out.

When ShipStation ships, EasyCart sends your shipped email with the tracking link, or ShipStation sends its own. Never both. Part of an order shipped? The order and the email show what went, and the rest waits. Every order screen has a ShipStation card that says whether ShipStation has it, and why not if it doesn’t.

Add an API v2 key and you can buy labels without leaving the order. The label window compares every carrier on your ShipStation account, marks the cheapest and fastest, and builds the customs form for parcels leaving the country. Print label, Void and Return label sit right on the package. The same key brings ShipStation rates to your checkout, keeps stock in step every hour and posts delivery updates to the order.
