New: Take the Order by Phone. Send a Link. Get Paid.

The phone rings. A regular wants twelve of the usual, shipped Friday. You do not want a card number read out over the phone, and you do not want to type one into a terminal either.

In WP EasyCart PRO, open Orders and press New order. Find the customer by name or email, or type in a new caller as a guest. Add products by name or SKU, change a Unit price for a phone discount, or Add a custom line for something not in the catalog. Shipping comes from your own rates, tax works itself out, and a business customer gets their PO number and payment terms on it.

Build it. Send it. Paid.

Press Create and send invoice. The customer gets an email with a Pay invoice button. It opens a Pay for your order page for that one order, no login needed, with card through Stripe or Square, PayPal, or your bank transfer details. They pay, the order marks itself paid, stock comes off and the receipt goes out.

Still working out the price? Save as draft keeps it private until you are ready. Rather text the link? The order’s Invoice & PO card shows it, ready to copy. Stock is only taken when the order is paid, so a quote that never comes back costs you nothing.
